Challenge

Lufthansa wanted to improve and simplify customer experience for tasks such as booking flights, self-check in, baggage tracking, and management of frequent flier miles. However, their mobile application struggled to meet customer expectations. We researched the root causes of user dissatisfaction. Then we refactored and redesigned the applications to make them much easier and intuitive to use.
